There's two things here: the actual builds (the SDK itself), and all the 
project files used to create them. 

If you could check the project files into svn in the appropriate places 
(vorbis/win32, ogg/win32, vorbis-tools/win32, etc.), that'd be great. I'm not 
so sure where the SDK should go - probably onto downloads.xiph.org, but I 
don't think that's actually in svn (the rest of xiph.org is). Ralph, where do 
you want these?

It'd also be great if you could supply builds of the basic tools (oggenc, 
oggdec, vorbiscomment, ogginfo) against libvorbis 1.1, for our end-users that 
just want a simple command line tool (even on win32, these do actually exist! 
:-) - if you don't mind doing that.

Thanks for doing all this - having someone who actually likes doing win32 
development is great!
