Hmm, make sure that you call that function last, after ogg_stream_clear(),
vorbis_block_clear(), and vorbis_dsp_clear().  But then, if you're working
with the encoder example, you already know that.

It's starting to sounds like there's some kind of problem with your
libraries.  It would help if we knew the library version, whether or not
you built it yourself (and, I suppose, what compiler you used), the
platform it's running on, how it crashes (i.e. segfault or something
else), etc.
