[vorbis-dev] Diff between RC3 and 1

Hi,

As my summer projet I will take the ogg-on-a-chip projet to respect the
final version of ogg. Now it is based on version RC3. I was looking to
find the difference between the two. There is nothing I have seen on the
web site. Do you know where I can find this information? In fact, I will
recreate it from scratch with the same structure. The only part that I
will take from it is the part for the mdct decoding. Is this part
modified?
