[Vorbis-dev] Standard Sampling Rates & Test Vectors

I want to know the standard sampling rate for Vorbis files.

Like in MP3 it is 44.1 kHz.

Another issue is test vectors for compliance. What are the mandatory compressed files need to be tested for compliance ?

What are the compliance criteria for fixed point operation ?
