I dont have this problem because I'm not saving to a file. In this case, 
if I play the file, of course it would run together. But Im coding and 
sending as fast as i can over the network, and the receiver decodes the 
data in the same moment he recieves it. If he doesnt recieve data, he 
doesnt decode anything.

Yep, Im not encoding music (ups, I forgot to mention in all previous 
emails). I didnt know about the speex lib. I'll give it a try.
