[vorbis-dev] Project to get Vorbis running in Curl

Which of the functions or which APIs?  vorbisfile is an API.  It needs two
libraries to work, libvorbisfile and libvorbis.  See the
vorbisfile_example.c and the Makefile for that for specific build
instructions.
