[vorbis-dev] use of 'long' in vorbis structures

Actually, Windows-64 uses 32-bit longs, although pointers are still 
64-bit. Yes, it is insane. No, I don't know why they did that. Yes, I do 
have an Itanium under my desk that I tested this on.
