libvorbisfile supports only vorbis I physical bitstreams, which have the
additional requirement that they not be in a multiplexed stream. Whilst
libvorbis is happy to deal with these if you send it the right data (and
doing so is easy if you're not supporting seeking), libvorbisfile does not
support multiplexed streams in either seekable OR unseekable streams.
