I'm sorry, I've made a mistake, when I tryed to complete the all the stuff i.e. rebuild the original 
wave file I was unable to do it. Also when I've tryed right solutions I've found that the
diff files were not comprimible over 50 - 60 %.

it's also possible to choose of loose the precision of some bits but you need to 
loose 4 bits to arrive at a compression performance like .ape or .flac
to arrive at a 35% of size you can achieve only a precision of 10/16 bits.

imply it was too easy to be true.
