[vorbis-dev] vorbisfile_example.c question

thanks Dimitry, Audacity did the trick, after some fiddling.

and thanks for the clarification on .wav versus .pcm.  being the simpleton i
am, my first effort was to simply change the .pcm file to .wav since
everything i ran across said that wave was just pcm format.  nothing
mentioned the header in the .wav file.
