I just stumbled across csvorbis, which seems to be a pure C#
implementation of an Ogg Vorbis decoder. It doesn't appear to have its
own website, but is bundled with Phonic, an open source .NET media
player <http://www.atoker.com/phonic/>. I haven't tried it out yet
myself, but will do so soon.
