[vorbis-dev] Vorbis progress

Hi:

If CVS commits are a true indicator of what's going on, and I think they
are,
then most development effort has been going into theora, and icecast/ices.
I think there have been the odd bugfix commit, but nothing else of note.
Oh and  a couple of compatibility commits to libogg for it to work with
theora.
