[vorbis-dev] www.vorbis.com still down, httpd.conf bug?

I didn't forget.  I wasn't able to do it for a while because if you look
closely you'll see that my server was down where netsol sends mail to.
Netsol has a user/pass system, but of course if you ask it to mail you
your username and password it asks you a challenge question to which a
null repsonse is not accepted (i never logged in before, nor was i ever
sent a login to my knowledge, so i certainly never set a challenge
question).

All should be well this weekend.  I got confirmation that the change was
done last night, so we're just waiting for netsol to propagate the host
record change.
