Well, they _are_ .mcp files, and they DO include the text
'CodeWarrior Project' in them, so I sort of assumed that they were. Maybe
they're for an older version of metroworks?

It's easy enough to do if you can tell me what a codewarrior-specific
define is (like gcc has __GNUC__, and MSVC has... well, something or
other :-). So if you can look that up (or if someone else tells me),
I'll patch it.
