I'll do this. I had left it out because I was assuming the target audience
wouldn't care about open-source and it was already getting pretty long. But
it's something they *should* care about, so I'll mention it.
I'll roll in these and the CBR/ABR/VBR changes tonight when I get home.
I hadn't thought about tagging, because I don't use them, but they should be
mentioned as well.
The main purpose of this document was NOT intented to be Vorbis advocacy,
though that element is obviously in there. Mostly it was intended to
explain *what* lossy compression codecs are all about, with an introduction
to terminology, features, etc. But since this will (hopefully) eventually be
hosted at vorbis.com, a section on "Why Vorbis" wouldn't be out of place.
