[vorbis-dev] who needs documentation?

I don't think C was being suggested, but we are lacking in volunteers
that are good at documenting APIs and format structure.  There's
probably more demand for that than any other unfinished part of the
project.

That said, end user documentation is also lacking; work there would
certainly not be wasted.
