Ogg on Epoc.... very interesting.

Just a quick thought/comment.

Have you tried the example code  in the libvorbis tree? This can do 
file -> file decode, and will confirm that the libraries are working OK.
(you'll need a PCM player though...)

Personally I would like to see libcurl as an option, as I can envisage 
devices which have no need (or hardware) to support streamed Ogg.
