[vorbis-dev] dumb compiling question

Im just trying to compile rc3 under suse linux,
I got the 2 tarballs, ogg and vorbis, then did ./configure and make on
ogg, no probs, but ./configure on vorbis says it cant find ogg with
"ogg/ogg.h no such file".. how am I supposed to tell it where ogg is? Is
the ogg install supposed to set this up somehow?
