[vorbis-dev] Problems using vorbisfile.dll

I had a *very* simliar problem under 2k/VS6/rc1 and
wasn't able to reach any conclusion. If your
interested I can provide details. IIRC my program
segfaulted on a vorbis-call with a DLL but the *exact
same code* worked with a lib file. I switched to
static linking <grin>
