[vorbis-dev] [Newbie] getting up to speed -- Here's the WIN32SDK module.

No, unfortunately, win32sdk is not currently part of the tar ball.  You have to 
check it out using CVS.  For your convenience, it is attached.  Just see the 
README files in there.
