I disagree, and don't want to see this form of overloading.  I'll go
into more detail if needed.

Suggested tags are just that; suggested tags so that most people can
agree on what to use.  I had envisioned neither complicated mechanical
rule mongering in the player, nor a tags display hardwired to only a
small set of 'approved' tags (that are expected to be there).  

I'll get to this in more detail in a bit.  For now, I have my own
troubles in libvorbis ;-)
