after the disccusion in vorbis-dev i'm not sure for what ogg/flac is
good. i thought the tagging could be done with standard ogg tools.

and if flac is not integrated in the ogg libs, ogg/flac is for the most
people a corrupt ogg file, because the player cannot read it.
