Umm... I was going to document what I had to do to make this all work,
but I didn't. I had it all written down on somewhere.
As I recall, configure misdetects the method that it should enable, and
either defines or undefines something. Looking in ogg123/buffer.c, you
could try defining HAVE_SMMAP to 1. There are two other things I had to
do as well, but I my recollection is no more specific on those. One
related to mmap() and was mentioned somewhere on qnxstart.com, and the
other was the way in which the libao modules got built.
Email me if you don't get it to work and I'll have another go when I've
got more time to play around (and have access to a QNX box).
