[vorbis-dev] chained files and winamp / vcedit

I use a patched vcedit.c (based on v1.14) in VorbisExt that handles chained
files correctly. The source can be downloaded from
http://www.ozemail.com.au/~spitsw/VorbisExt. I plan to sync it with vcedit
1.16 and send the patch to Michael soon.
