The problem with COPYING is that it's kind of a non-sequitur.  Taken
literally, it makes it look like the product itself (not Ogg Vorbis) is
(C) 2001 Xiphophorous.  The actual text is:

This makes sense when you're redistributing Ogg Vorbis libs, but for an
application it seems confusing and inappropriate.  I'm only using Ogg
Vorbis for my background music, and I'm not using any other libraries
that require me to have this type of notice.  Is there a simpler
statement I can put in, like "Portions of this application are (C) 2001
Xiphophorous" or something like that?
