If there's a preemtive "native" pthreads implementation on BSD, what's the
problem? As I understand it, there's no specific requirement for linux
pthreads -- there's only a requirement for a preemtive pthreads
implementation.
i.e., if a user is using a broken pthreads implementation when a working
one is available, then I don't think this is ogg123's problem.
