Yep, that part's right.

What you seem to be missing is the proposal to tie audio/something or 
video/something to whichever substream is first so we can do magic 
detection. That's how we keep movie files from being classified at 
audio/vorbis.

Otherwise, yeah, I totally agree. :-)
