[vorbis-dev] BCB build successful?

But they'd generally take this tack throughout, no?  Programmers 
just get upset when their production (optimized) code suddenly 
breaks  :)

They sounded quite sure it was a compiler problem.  But what 
programmer hasn't ever blamed the compiler?  I know I have...
