[vorbis-dev] techniques etc.

i am new to the vorbis scene....

can someone tell me or tell me where i can find out about what techniques
the ogg vorbis encoder applies (such as temporal masking, quantization,
subband analysis, etc..) i am interested in the technical aspects... but am
quite drawn to ogg because of its completely open nature.

any details would be helpful
