[vorbis-dev] xmms plugin

The xmms plugin has been given a major update.

The configuration GUI works, and control streaming parameters.  The
about box is implemented.

All streaming code should work now, for both standard http streaming
from webservers and live icecast streams (tested with icecast
2.0prealpha).

The only thing left to do is the in-xmms tag editing, witht he file_info 
function.  Any takers? :)
