[vorbis-dev] memory leak of libvorbis

Memory leak is brought about with the following function pair.
Specifically 'noiseoffset' is not freed.

_vp_psy_init()
_vp_psy_clear()

A problem confirmed with the following CVS snapshot.

vorbis_nightly_cvs.tgz (2001/01/21 20:37)
