[vorbis-dev] What to do if I get an OV_HOLE

You should just continue decoding. There will be a dropout in the audio of
some sort - OV_HOLE basically means that the file/stream has been corrupted
in some way, such that some data was dropped. When you continue after the
corrupted bit, decoding works fine - so you just miss a bit of audio.
