[vorbis-dev] ALSA 0.9 Plugin available

Several people have requested a plugin for libao that worked with the latest
ALSA 0.9 Plugin API.  Thanks to Bill Currie, we have one in CVS now!  Test it
out, bang on it, let us know how it works.  You know the drill.  :)
