Note that MusicBrainz uses 'FREEDBID' (or actually 'freeDBId') for this, 
probably to avoid both trademark[1] hassles and incompatible changes 
gracenote might make to their hash. Freedb.org uses the original toc 
hash that was used by the cddb before it became proprietary.
