[vorbis-dev] libogg install bug

Hello,
config_types.h should go into $libdir/ogg/include, since it's architecture-
specific.
only architecture -independant files sould go in $prefix/include

(see how glib does it, $prefix/lib/glib/include/glibconfig.h)
