Well, the Vorbis  are LGLP'd, I wrote the BeOS codecs from scratch
without using the GLP'ed source.

I writing a encoder/writer, decoder/extractor combination.
There are media  headers you need to do this that are NDA'd...thats all I can 
say
about them :)
