With all the different platforms and compilers out there, it's hard to
support everything.  My primary concern is MSVC on the win32 platform.
Not that many people are going to be building on win32, and chances are,
those who are, use MSVC.  If someone volunteers to do borland and
maintain it great.  From what I've seen on the list, there weren't that
many problems.  I assume after the MSVC dll stuff is done, we'll have to
make some minor tweaks for borland to be happy...
