[vorbis-dev] xmms plugin

the xmms plugin now officially lives in the xmms tree.  any changes will
have to be submitted to them, or to me, as i have write access to the
xmms cvs tree.

it's integrated into their build system as well, rpms and all.  so you
should see the next version of xmms have vorbis support native.

Peter Alm claims they'll be releasing a new one soon :)

i've removed the xmms dir from the vorbis-plugins module to avoid
confusion.
