[vorbis-dev] Building on BeOS part 3

here's the diff. Basically its a BeOS supports  undefined symbols fix. 
If I finish the build manually it works just fine. In fact I've just be 
listening
to my CL-AMP plugin with uses libvorbisfile. FYI to finish things of I use.

gcc -nostart  vorbisfile.o  -L/boot/home/config/lib -L.libs -logg -lvorbis  -
Wl,-soname -Wl,libvorbisfile.so -o .libs/libvorbisfile.so

and then install manually

I hope thats not mangled to badly by wrapping.
