[vorbis-dev] a listening test tool

Update:

I thought about it and found that it's not necessary to integrate
playback functionality in oggenc. A script will do. A script that calls
oggenc and then, a few milliseconds later, ogg123, and when it's
finished start over, and do that until we tell it to stop. Unfortunately
I've never written a script. Can someone please get me startet with it
or write it? It shouldn't be a lot of work.
