You didn't check out all the modules.

Of course it does.  Libvorbis is built on top of libogg.

Of course not, because it exists in the 'ogg' cvs module.

Not a problem.  This was a recent overhaul, and I fully expect to have
to answer some questions to get everyone comfortable with it again :)
