[vorbis-dev] Sample still has horrorible distortions... anyone know why?

OK, having just rechecked things, something massive broke in beta 3
oggenc between my last bugfix commits / tests and tagging.  I'm
hunting for the problem now.  These samples were all pristine in my
last tests.
