[vorbis-dev] ov_read() reading too little.

oh thats probably right :) .. i had no problem with releasing any modified
vorbis source i may produce, but 'my product has to be gpl/lgpl' isnt going
to happen .. :)
ill just release my dll anyway and let monty try to sue me ;) (*)
