However you distribute your program, you have to make it so that anyone
can get hold of the Ogg Vorbis source, tweak it how they like, and link
their new version into your program.  As I understand it, you don't need
to release the source for your program as long as you relese the object
files and a makefile or other instructions for linking in modified Ogg
Vorbis libs.  That's my understanding, but IANAL.

We're planning to release our project under GPL, so it's not an issue
for us.
