[vorbis-dev] Problems compiling vorbis.lib in MS Land

Cool I didn't know about the makesdk..I'm trying now..FYI deltree only
exists on Win98 and (I'm assuming) below. Win2k doesn't have that. Actually
for that matter Win2K doesn't have xcopy32 either.

Suggestions?
