[vorbis-dev] Documentation.

Hi,
   the ogg vorbis project is all about openness if I am right. But I see from
the website that none of the documentation is in place. There is no point in
saying that "Hello we have an open format", unless /all/ the documentation is
in place. For example, I wanted to contribute something to the project, but
without documentation, the developement will be confined to a select few.
