[vorbis-dev] libao strikes again :)

Maybe run libao's configure script as usual, but if it fails (i.e., exit 1),
set the appropriate option not to build ogg123 (btw, Vorbize, which will soon
be replaced by OggEnc, is safe). Autoconf guru's?
