[vorbis-dev] ogg123 HTTP streaming

I know bits there and there, I've been looking at stuff to
get libao working, but for once Be's API appear to have no really
simple way of taking a buffer and playing it (the nearest is the
BSound/BSoundplayer combination, but I'm getting a error code that  
is not in the BeBook, or defined in any of the headers.
