WinAmp would be the obvious choice, but it's not up to us to fix it.
There's also work going on a plugin for the windows sound stuff, which
I think means Windows Media Player. Would be nice if someone did the same
for Quicktime on the Mac. There's also FreeAmp.
More generally we could add some dumb http support to ogg123, and make it
portable (as a cmdline tool). Otherwise someone will have to step up and
write something.
As usual, the answer is, "Wait, or chip in!" :-)
