I assume FreeAmp uses autoconf. The typical thing is to look for
libvorbisfile.a in the normal places, and have that overrideable with a
--with-vorbis=<path> option if someone wants to use an "uninstalled"
version of the source. If it's not found in either place, disable the
plugin.
